Paul Lott is the best real estate agent that we have ever dealt with. He gave us an estimated range for listing our house that was spot on as it turned out. We chose to list at the higher end of the range. Paul arranged for a professional photographer to photograph our house and property. The photographer was excellent and the internet pictures and brochure really highlighted the features of our home. During the process, we found that our septic, although adequate for our purposes would not pass inspection. We considered pulling the listing to get the septic remediated, but Paul suggested that we keep the listing active and try to sell it as-is. Well, that is exactly what happened, our buyer saw the listing on the internet and made a cash offer without actually visiting the property as he was out of state. Upon visiting, the buyer was pleased that our home presented as it was listed. We closed on the property and could not have been happier with the outcome. Paul's team slid us through the paperwork and we were done. Highly, highly recommended.

I was purchasing a house in Conshohocken, PA which is currently a very hot area for real estate. I was looking at the home in particular that I had my eye on. I had a number in my mind to pay. Paul walked the property with me and saw potential. Paul and I discussed an offer we thought was reasonable for the purchase of the home. The thing that was great about Paul is he pointed out problem (cost) areas and things that were just superficial. The next day we presented our offer. The seller made a counter offer and we in turn countered back. They accepted the final offer. This is just the beginning of the process and where Amanda was right on top of. The paperwork, timing, and all the essentials were laid out in a thorough process. During the home inspection there were several issues found and Paul further negotiated a savings. I would recommend Paul and Amanda to all of my friends and family.

I am an atty, hard to please and experienced in negotiating. The work done by the Lotts was exceptional in all aspects.
